EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURN
Terms & Conditions
All product(s) for exchange must be accompanied with its original receipt.
Exchange(s) is only allowed within 14 days of the purchase date.
Exchange(s) can be made for similarly priced item(s) only.
Product(s) for exchange must be in the original state. The product(s) to be exchanged must not be damaged, used, or altered.
For replacement, refunds, or return, if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, misapplication, wear and tear, external forces, physical impact by the purchaser, any third parties or unknown objects will not be accepted.
Return/ Replacement will only be accepted due to manufacturing defect(s).
Return/ Replacement requests will be processed within 14 days, depending on product availability in stock.
Coffee equipment cannot be returned or refunded once payment has been made.
Warranties will be only provided for electronic products by the manufacturer. T&C apply.
