  • How long does it take to receive my order? 
    Shipping for all orders takes 5 to 10 business days. If your tracking number is unavailable, please allow the system 24 hours to be updated.
    Kindly reach out to us at [email protected] if you do not receive your order after the aforementioned period.

  • Do you ship internationally? 
    Currently we only ship products within Malaysia.

  • I would like to change my shipping details. 
    You may do so by reaching out to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • I would like to return/exchange an item, who will bear the return shipping cost? 
    In the case of a return or exchange, customers must bear the shipping cost.
    Kindly reach out at [email protected] first if you'd like to initiate a return/exchange.

  • I would like to return an item or exchange it in person. 
    Drop us an email at [email protected] to initiate the return/exchange process, and we can arrange a suitable day and time to return/exchange items at either one of our outlets.

    You may leave us the name of the recipient as well as a birthday wish under the Remarks section when placing the order.

  • What currencies do you accept? 
    We only accept payments in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) currently.
     
  • What payment methods can I use? 
    Currently we only accept online bank transfers, or you may make a cash deposit and send us the proof of payment at [email protected].
    Alternatively, the product listed on the website is available for shipping and pickup. Pickup is only available at our Kelawai outlet, in which case you may pay in cash or card.

  • Can I combine orders into one shipment? 
    Yes, we could definitely do that for you as long as your first order hasn’t been shipped out already.
