Frequently Asked Questions: Shipping

  • How long does it take to receive my order? 
    Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Once orders are placed, they ship within 1-2 business days.
    Determined by the shipping partners (J&Texpress, POS laju, Pgeon or DHLemmerce) and depending your delivery address, shipping for all orders takes 5 to 10 business days.
    If your tracking number is unavailable, please allow the system 24 hours to be updated.

  • Do you ship internationally? 
    Currently we only ship products within Malaysia.

  • I would like to change my shipping details. 
    You may do so by reaching out to us at hey@kafkacoffee.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • I would like to return/exchange an item, who will bear the return shipping cost? 
    In the case of a return or exchange, customers must bear the shipping cost.
    Kindly reach out at hey@kafkacoffee.com first if you'd like to initiate a return/exchange.

  • I would like to return an item or exchange it in person. 
    Drop us an email at hey@kafkacoffee.com to initiate the return/exchange process, and we can arrange a suitable day and time to return/exchange items at either one of our outlets.

  • I received an incorrect item/incorrect quantity of items. 
    Please let us know right away, and reach out to us at hey@kafkacoffee.com.  

  • This order is a gift. 
    You may leave us the name of the recipient as well as a birthday wish under the Remarks section when placing the order.
    We'll do our best to ensure your recipient has a lovely surprise :)

  • What currencies do you accept? 
    We only accept payments in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) currently.
  • What payment methods can I use? 
    Currently we only accept online bank transfers, or you may make a cash deposit and send us the proof of payment at hey@kafkacoffee.com.
    Alternatively, the product listed on the website is available for shipping and pickup. Pickup is only available at our Kelawai outlet, in which case you may pay in cash or card.

  • Can I combine orders into one shipment? 
    Yes, we could definitely do that for you as long as your first order hasn’t been shipped out already.
